2. Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order unless you have an approved corporate account with net payment terms.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
4. Delivery
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our location. We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions. Break Thyme Catering is not liable for delays beyond our control.
5. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
6. Limitation of Liability
Break Thyme Catering's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
